How do I delete my account and data?
Open the app, tap the gear icon on the Cards tab, then choose Delete Account. This permanently and immediately deletes your account, cards, contacts, scan history, and uploaded photos. It cannot be undone. If you can't get into the app, email us from your account address with the subject "Delete my account."
How do I cancel my Linkd Pro subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Go to Settings > your name > Subscriptions > Linkd on your iPhone, or open apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions. Deleting your Linkd account does not cancel a subscription.
I subscribed but Pro isn't unlocked.
In the app, open Settings and tap Restore Purchases, signed in with the same Apple ID you used to subscribe. If that doesn't fix it, email us and we'll sort it out.
How do I change my card link or username?
Your card link is linkd.biz/username/card-name. Change your username in Settings, and rename a card from its edit screen (the card name becomes the end of the link). Old links keep redirecting to the new ones, but QR codes you have printed are best reprinted if you can.
Who can see my card?
Anyone you send the link or QR code to. Only put on a card what you are happy for them to see.
Why don't my own taps count in analytics?
Linkd leaves out visits you make to your own cards when you open them from the app's Preview button, so the numbers reflect other people. To test in Safari, open your link once with ?preview=1 on the end.
Can I use Linkd on Android?
Not yet. The app is iPhone-only, but anyone on any device can open and save your card from its link or QR code.
