Terms of Use

1. Agreement

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Santrico Apps ("we", "us") covering your use of the Linkd app and the linkd.biz website (together, "Linkd"). By creating an account or using Linkd you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use Linkd.

If you download Linkd from the Apple App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to your use of the app.

2. Your account

You must be at least 13 years old to use Linkd. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for activity on your account. Give us accurate information and tell us if you think your account has been misused.

3. Your cards and content

You own what you put on your cards, contacts, and photos. You give us permission to store it and to display it as you direct, including showing your public card page to anyone who has your link or QR code. Cards are public by design: don't add anything you don't want people with the link to see.

You are responsible for your content. Don't use Linkd to:

  • break the law or infringe anyone else's rights;
  • impersonate another person or organization, or mislead people about who you are;
  • share content that is harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, or otherwise harmful;
  • send spam, spread malware, or interfere with Linkd or its infrastructure;
  • scrape, resell, or reverse engineer the service.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Usernames and card links

Your card links use your username and card names, for example linkd.biz/yourname/work. Usernames are first come, first served. We may reserve or reclaim names that are misleading, infringing, or abusive. If you change your username or rename a card, we redirect your old links for as long as that name isn't reclaimed, but we can't guarantee redirects forever.

5. Linkd Pro subscriptions

Linkd Pro is an optional auto-renewing subscription sold through the Apple App Store, monthly or yearly. Prices are shown in the app before you subscribe and may vary by region. Some plans include a free trial.

  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the period.
  • Manage or cancel any time in Settings > your name > Subscriptions on your iPhone. Deleting your Linkd account does not cancel a subscription.
  • Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.

6. Our service

Linkd, including its design, software, and branding, belongs to Santrico Apps and is protected by intellectual property laws. We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal or business networking. We may change, add, or remove features, and we work to keep Linkd available but can't promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Ending your use

You can stop using Linkd and delete your account at any time from Settings in the app; this permanently deletes your data as described in our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or end access if you violate these Terms or if needed to protect Linkd or other people.

8. Disclaimers

Linkd is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We aren't responsible for what other users put on their cards or for how people use the information you choose to share.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Santrico Apps won't be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data, or business, arising from your use of Linkd. Our total liability for any claim relating to Linkd is limited to the amount you paid us (through Apple) in the 12 months before the claim, or $50 if you haven't paid anything. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes we'll update the date above. Continuing to use Linkd after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
